Verdurous Flurry

by N J Thornton   May 8, 2007

Windswept branches
with motion sickness
can't help but throw
withered leaves
into disarray.

Still, the playful spirit
teases the khaki chandelier
with another nudge...

And a verdurous flurry.

To save some people searching the dictionary in a flap -verdurous (verdure) means vivid green and lush vegetation. Thanks for reading.
