My music and her

Music is my freedom
it helps me to unwind

it consumes me more
with every breath i take

music loses me, lost
in my quiet place

i lose my thoughts of
my past, the ones i wanna erase.

i regain my self control
and remember now I'm fine.

music is my passion
its what i do best.

a simple rhyme while
keeping time, now thats the best

it frees my thoughts
hopes and dreams

my music says just what
i mean.

most of my music
is centered around her,

because she is my
life, and with her I'm safe.

with her i find my
"happy place"

two things i cant live
without, my music and her.
