Sarcastic Outcast

by The Pessimistic Peabody   May 8, 2007

Life as an outcast
Isn't really that bad
It just means no friends
and always being sad

Its laughter to your back
Dirty looks to your face
Feeling like your nothing
Just one big disgrace

For me to be wanted
I no longer wish to be
All those who are wanted
Aren't very cool to me

Like i said it doesn't hurt
I'm really used to it
To having people yell and say
I ain't worth an ounce of spit

It's been eight long years now
Since i could look in a face
Now my eyes stay on the ground
As if my body knows its place

"I want to be just like you sis"
comes from the mouth of a young boy
Of course that doesn't hurt me
Surely these are tears of joy

Wow I really liked it at first it was really sad and it seemed like she was super depressed etc but in the end you find out that shes happy because of her little brother (or at least thats what I got out of it) Nice write. The ending was totally unexpected.

I really liked it, i mean the way she talks at the beginning she seems to heartless and cold but with the comment of tears of joy at the end we get to see a softer side
