Me & You

by Just Sierra   May 8, 2007

And if the stars refuse to smile on us,
Kiss me with tender love to make them blush.

And if the ocean steals away our lust,
Write in in the rocks, this love belongs to us.

And if the night's wind insists to thrust,
Stand our ground, for it can never shake us.

And if the dead garden grows beautiful and lush,
Rest assured that nothing could grow sweeter than us.

And if our love is an orchestra's melody and such
Our music could make the world admire us.

And if, by chance, these words don't mean much,
No words could describe the perfection of "us".

Wow.. I think that you should have named this poem "Us". I had no idea you could rhyme so many different words with us! It was beautiful though, I definitely fell in love with this piece. I couldn't help but think of my beloved boyfriend whenever I read this. It touched my heart in so many ways. A nice, smooth flow and very neat and organized. The work of a true professional! Keep it up. 5/5 <3 <3 <3
