Bleeding through a paper heart

All the notes you gave me,
In the middle of school,
Always enjoyed reading them,
Even thought you were cool,

But lately thing have been,
Out of our control,
This has to stop,
Its taking its toll,

I am beginning to miss,
The notes from years ago,
But I have to find myself,
I have to let you go,

I try to write an apology,
But I keep tearing apart,
Its too late to get over you,
