Screaming inside

A boy who cant think
his face always in the dirt,
everyone thinks hes fine.
but they don't know it hurt.

drinking till hes drunk
smoking till hes high.
hurting till it hurts
so the pain will go on bye

fighting till he wins
but he looses all the time
fake smiles till the night
so everyone thinks hes fine

pulling of his heart
and watching as it screams
squeezing till it hurts
throwing away the dreams

crying till its dry
puddles on the floor
never seems to stop
his smile is left soar

his eyes are always closed
what happens he sees blind
hearing all the laughter
trying to leave it all behind

people don't know
and the people cant see
how this sad helpless boy
is screaming inside of me
