Silent Tears

When I'm by myself,
No one hears me weep.
When I'm all alone,
I feel so damn weak.

Maybe I'm just trying to hide,
Away from everyone.
Or maybe it's just that I have,
No where else to run.

I hate the fact that I feel,
Like I'm worth nothing at all.
And I hate when I shout out,
No one answers my call.

People may offer me their hand,
To try and help me when I'm down..
Yet that when they're needed most,
they never seem to be around.

I can cry and scream,
And embrace myself in pain.
Even after all those things,
It'll never describe my shame.

So as I cry my silent tears,
And death seems to be so close.
Just believe me when I say,
That silent tears hurt the most.
