Blind

by fvalconbridge   May 9, 2007

Scar my eyes,
And bound my dreams,
Nothing's ever true it seems.

Stab the flesh,
And hurt the sight,
Block out the lying light.

My heart seems to shiver,
And my mind starts to bend,
Bring this gift of sight to an end.

I want to bleed,
Cross out my world,
Colour and vision, make it a blur,

Absurd you say,
i don't agree,
Nothings ever true it seems,

Rip the tissue,
Scar the flesh,
Lace my dreams inside that mesh,

Cross out my eyes,
Make me cry blood,
I don't want to see, like I should,

This is a metaphor,
Of what I've seen,
You and him,
Me in between.

You've scared my eyes,
And bent my mind,
My hearts apart,
Please make me blind.

No comment? That was realy well written the word choice was simple yet effective, man that was great. and the flow was amazing, again deep dark and powerful. 5/5 you out done yourself here, take a bow.
