Self Sacrifice

by Neme juste un jouet   May 9, 2007

The Sun is dim
Upon obscure landscapes
With a Dawning Moon
And falling Stars
Where Rain falls like ink
Staining the land
Like oil on tormented shores
Within my Heart

Quickly, Quickly
Raise your voice, beg
BEG for forgiveness
Because to break this
"Perfect beauty"
With a statement so sharp
Is to condemn the listener
As well as the Whisperer
Is to condemn Us with
Your discontent
So silence Your pains, Your
Heart
Still its beats and your cries,
Make them fade
I beg this of you
BEG
And only of You
For only You can
describe anguish and Ruin
And ruin Us in the details of your
Ruined life
Spare Us, Bright One,
Dim One, Right One,
Spare Us from Your wrong of description
So we ourselves
Can ignore Our own
Suffer in your silence
Sacrificing you for Us and Them
