One day

Is it time to tell the truth or just make another lie?
I cant hide my feelings all I want to do is cry.

When I see you dear friend with someone untrue,
My life seems to stop and focus right on you.

It hurts me to see you put up with this,
And it seems all you long for is just one kiss.

So I'm telling you dear friend I'm holding out my hand,
I know it's hard to understand a mind of a man.

I'm telling you now and I just don't know how,
But the feelings I have are so strong and wound.

My heart skips a beat at the sound of your feet,
So let's take an hour and relax in a shower.

Maybe one day I'll be able to say,
But right now my life is just o so gray.

So for now I'll stick to this poem the rhythm of my heart,
And maybe one day will have a fresh start.
