Indigo Girl {Double Nove Otto}

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   May 9, 2007

It's like a praise to the girl someone loves. He speaks of her so highly, as if a god.
````````````````````````````````
The sweetest sound you'll ever hear,
Is her voice when ever she's near,
Blending with wind to sing her song;
Her utter beauty is her words.
Of these songs no one has heard,
Once a decade, she can't go wrong.
Such a beauty she'll make you fall;
Gasp in amazement at the doll,
She's as beautiful as her song.
A beautiful beauty so calm,
You'll spill your secrets to her palm;
Open your heart to this calm soul.
You will through your arms to embrace;
Within her eyes you'll lose control.
She is my Indigo Girl,
My one true love and pearl;
Within her eyes you will lose your soul.
````````````````````````````

    Wow I loved this one. It made me stop and think, and when I was done I had to reread it because I got so lost in it the first time. I really liked how it sounded like someone describing the sun with all its intense beauty and power and but this person also had a calming affect. The last line of this poem was breath taking and was the perfect end to this masterpeice. Such elegance and grace was shown in thie poem. Nice work.
