Salt In Our Wounds

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   May 9, 2007

Press deep, harder, yes that feels good;
Matter of fact, I'll do it myself,
Let me fall; who needs their health?

Put the salt in the way you should,
Do it exactly how you would;
Take the salt and create your wealth.
Press deep, harder, yes that feels good.

Matter of fact, I'll do it myself.
I once dream, but now I've stood;
I'll let me fall by myself,
For, who needs their good bodied health?
Press deep, harder, yes that feels good.

    Wow this was very different I really liked how you repeated the last line on the last two stanzas. Very interesting title however I'm not really sure how this is a life poem personally I think its a bit sad and should be under that category. But it wasn't to bad.

    This one is a bit diffrent, that is a plus. Again you amaze me. this one isn't as good as the others I have read of yours, the flow is a little off, but the well chosen words cover the tracks of that. the emtion was clear, but it wasn't as strong as I think it should have been. But then again that Is just what i think. Other than that you did a good job, I have to give this 4/5

    It was different and pretty good. I for some reason didn't really get it. But you had great word choice and a nice flow. 4/5
