Dear Brenden,

Remember this?
That kiss under the stars after the late night walk,
All of those extremely late night talks.
When the fall came with all of those lies,
That did nothing but cause me pain and sighs.
Listening to all those songs that reminded us of our love,
While we let Michael rise above.
Those long practices for play,
When we didn't want to get up in the day.
When winter came with friendship and love,
As we let our fallen friends rise above.
When Andrew died,
And you comforted me as I cried.
When we went on with the play,
And we still didn't what we knew we wanted to say.
That night you called and asked if I'd come get you,
The very same night you told me you loved me too.
Then with the spring came depression and rain,
And now I sit here in silent pain.

Hey guys. I wrote this for my friend Brenden. We have a lot of memories together and it always seems easier for him to forget them then it is for me.
