Apple Tree

by Good Enough   May 10, 2007

There once was an apple tree
Where I could sit and think
This place was peaceful for me to sit
A place where my thought can sink

Dreaming away to a place that doesnt exist
Where night is day and day is night
And people are zombies that drink blood
Oh! Thats a perfect sight

my apple tree is a sanctuary
Always a place to go
When my life is harsh
And there is no other place to go

I looked into the shiny apples
And took a bite for a taste
Juice poured into my mouth
But this story is just a waste

All this story is made up
There was never an apple tree
I just wanted to get a grade in English
Better for my parents to see
