People say that I am sprung
But that I just can't believe
They say they can tell by my smile
When you look at me

People say I have fallen
I laugh and say not true
They say they know by my tone
When I talk to you

Some say you swept me off my feet
Some say I'm reeled in tight
Some say you got control over me
I smile and say yea right

They take a look at my binder
And then they ask me why
You and my name are written
On so many pages, so many times

They ask why I won't admit it
They say I know its true
I stand there smiling with nothing to say
Just thinking about you

I think about the way you make me feel
I can't imagine life when your gone
How you always tell me this is real
And you give me a shoulder to cry on

So here I am talking to you
Thinking of all the things we've done
Wondering if what they say is true...
Maybe I am sprung...
