Natalie.....

I got the call,
The call no one wants
Tommy told me
That you had passed

I didnt know what to say
I didnt know what to do
All I could think of was Ashlyn
She needs her mommy

Your life was cut short
Only 27 years old
But the life you lived
Was one only you could live

You were the best friend
Anyone could ever have
You ment so much to me
You touched my life like no one else

I carry you in my heart forever
Your name I will always speak of
Your life I will carry on
Your memory will always be

You were always my hero,
The light at the end of the tunnel
Your face I will always see
Your embrace I will always remember

I love you Natalie, I will always carry you in my heart, You ment so much to me, from not liking you to you being my best friend. I will see you again some day...for that day I wait...Please watch over Ashlyn, you are her mommy and she needs your touches, hold her hand when she falls, wash the tears away when she crys. I LOVE YOU NATALIE....REST IN PEACE!

I wrote this poem for my late friend Natalie. She and I hatted each other when we first met, but as time went on we became friends, best friends. She ment the world to me and I loved her so much. Please let me know what you think.
