Threw me away today

This world threw me away today.
I guess this was pay back for all that I've done.
This is why I hold my gun/
I wasn't needed any way.
But these days have been hell
Can't you tell?
Do you care?
I hope you find it fair
Since I pulled the trigger instead of you.
It doesn't matter to you now,
since the world and everyone on it
threw me away,today.
