Untitled

After a full night of crying,
She lays in her bed,
Thinking.
Thinking how everything around her,
Including herself,
Has changed.
she stopped getting along with her parents,
She was loosing friends,
And she caught herself doing unimaginable things.
She knew why everything had happened,
It was all because she feel in love.

When they would fight,
she didn't know what else to do,
Besides turn to blade.
Hiding knives all over,
In her bedroom, under her pillow,
And even in her school book bad.
And if it even came down to it,
Where she couldn't have the blade,
She'd scream.
So when her parents found the scars,
And the stash,
She turned to pills.

Taking so many at a time,
Passing out and waking up at three am to puke.
Making sure she has some with her for school,
In case anything went wrong.
She needed to stop,
And finally did,
But only because she got so sick,
And couldn't swallow anymore.

Next she finds herself,
Looking in the mirror,
Discovering how fat she was.
So after breakfast, lunch. and dinner,
She'd excuse herself,
And throw it all up.
She had to do this,
Because if she wasn't perfect,
She was afraid he'd leave.
Everything she ever done was for him,
But, now sitting in the hospital,
Feeing tubes connected,
She realized things needed to change.
