Night of sorrows

by Boy   May 12, 2007

In the dark night under the shadow
of black sky I was standing near the
shore of the sea where Miles seemed
on thousands feet away from my happiness
I was standing in this stage of my life
and A touch of air made me feel lonely
silence of water showed me the mirror of my sorrows
Suddenly my feet wet with water on the sand from flowing waves After covering whole scene in my eye: a tear flew away thus I went back to my home in last night

I liked this...the depth and emotion are clearly there, I thought it could have been a little longer, but apart from that you did a wonderful job.

In all truth, my attention was immediately hooked up upon reading this piece. But yet, I sense that this piece should be expanded. It seems to be a mere portion of an even greater poem.

Nevertheless, one of its highlights is its vivid imagery. I liked the way you portrayed it and delivered it well. :)

    Thanks for sharing!
