Covetous Illusions

by Hind   May 13, 2007

My feelings for you are covetous,
For the desires are not in two,
The sensations, the desires, the wantings,
For I donâ??t want to, but I love you

This love must be an illusion,
For it is but a fantasy in mind,
A passion, a wish, a dream,
Cause you are one of a kind

You are a lust, from deep within,
A temptation, I can not contain,
Alluring, ineluctable, irresistible,
From you, I can not restrain,

You swept me off my feet,
Because, alas, my heart you stole,
Irrepressible, uncontrollable, exuberant,
Without you, my heart contains a hole.
