Walking

by The Pessimistic Peabody   May 14, 2007

What is life like on the other side?
Buy me a ticket and I'll go for the ride
Can't trade much but my empty soul
But I'll bargain with the devil if he'll let me go

Won't miss the world and they won't miss me
Just a single girl in a people sea
I cried all my tears, laughed all I can laugh
Now I'm up and walking on the beaten path

I got a couple sins God just won't forgive
So I'm wasting his time if I'm trying to live
My efforts to repent aren't working too well
So I'm making HIS job easy and I'm walking to hell
