True Beauty

by Simple Sensation   May 14, 2007

A pillar of ice;
Stand out at sea
But much is hidden,
From what we see.

Sailor gets angry;
As he can only see,
Half the picture -
Way out at sea.

He changes his route -
Goes right around,
Passes the pillar
Goes; without turning round.

But this sailor;
Could not see -
The whole picture
How beautiful it is to me.

A hidden village;
Inside of the water.
Powerful and mighty;
This is true beauty.

So next time sailor;
Look at the whole picture.
For this beauty
Is scarcely near...
