I lay my hand upon your cheek
and wipe away the tears you weep
as i stare into your watering eyes
i see inside them just pain and lies
you take my hand and hold it tight
i wonder what darkness shadowed your light
i feel you tremble with rushes of fear
you close your eyes and keep back another tear
i hear the cracking of your breaking heart
