A friend lost their golden retriever brady and I wrote this for her.
When I sit here and think of my Brady Boy
and the life and good times we have shared.
I can't help but feel a smile on my face,
How you showed us you loved and cared.
The love that was in my "Goofy Boys" heart
unconditional for us you could see.
We too loved our Brady just as much,
It was "Love at first sight" for me.
Then as the years came and went by for us
our journey together grew so much stronger.
Now I have this big big hole in my heart,
Because your gone and not here no longer.
God seems to work in such mysterious ways
I believe God had special plans for you.
Standing proud at the bridge with your angel wings,
I'm sure God is so proud of you too.
We love & miss you so much Brady boy
Your siblings miss you like no other.
They don't understand now, but know in their hearts,
Your their best friend and #1 big brother.
Thank you Brady for coming into our lives
leaving your paw print on my "now" broken heart.
Until we all meet you again at the bridge,
Only there, no one can ever tear us apart.
