Firefly

by LithiumSacrifice   May 17, 2007

Keeping the pieces together
Binding the stars in an ancient thread
Hoping these memories will last forever
Praying the angels have not fled

Let the fireflies light the way
Lead us to the very end
Let the day just fade away
Spend forever with a single friend

When the rain falls down
Open your mouth for a taste
You've turned my whole world around
Not a minute with you is a waste.
