If you had a chance to look in the future, would you ?
if you had a chance to change what's going to happen, would you ?
what if the love of your life was part of that change, what would you do ?
if you had the chance to save somebody's life
and put yours at risk, would you ?
or would you let that person suffer and begin their strife ?
by making a choice in a split second, things change just like that
one minute your having the time of your life and bam, its over
its just like baseball, the ball is gone with one swing of the bat
your friends are no longer around because of what you have done
they have supported you all your life until then
you went from plenty of friends to none
in life we make a choice, we chose who to hurt without knowing
we are told to be selfish at times but then that gets turned around
we then are silent, just like the wind blowing
in life we make a choice, whether to good or to do bad
you know either way, something comes up
from being that happy go lucky person to just plain sad
in life we are so quick to make a choice without thinking
not knowing it doesn't only affect you, but others as well
its pretty easy thing to do, just like the soda or water you're drinking
we are quick to defend a friend from somebody else without knowing what's going on
but then you find out and then things change
you almost go from hero to zero and what you thought was right is now gone
people will always say, friends till the end but we all know how that turns out
you really have no idea what happens till its all over
i know I'm not the only one thinks this cause in the end, you all know what I'm talking about
