    Victims lay where crime survives
    Homicide marked with chalk lines
    Snapped long ago ties that bind"

    The saddest thing about this poem is that what you've written is exactly true. People never really care why others have done what they have done, they just care about justice. Great poem.

    Heart breaking the reality of this stanza. So many times we close our eyes to the things happening that when we finally open them ... it is such a shock.
    Very hard hitting write with deep impact upon the heart.
