Day to Day Life

Alot of us live life day by day ,
at times many of us feel lonely.
The everyday things can get us down ,
And we wonder and ask 'if only ?' .
My days all seem to be the same ,
running around seeing to everyone else.
Clean the house and going to work ,
never seem to get a moment to myself.
I have a few friends and my family ,
and theres always something to do.
Yet still sometimes I feel so alone ,
and this gets me feeling sad its true.
I begin to wonder 'whats the point of life ?' ,
a reason to carry on there does not seem to be.
I live life day to day for one reason ,
and thats because my kids mean the world to me.

    Your title says it all. The life of a working mom. Treasure every minute. Soon you will turn around and they will be grown. Excellent piece.

    We all need someone in our lives to carry on for. Theres always something or someone that makes life bearable for us to live out life day after day. A sweet poem.
