The Very Depths

I don't know how,
I could ever really word,
The things I feel now,
What it means in my world.
I can't imagine where,
I would possibly turn.
I don't know if you care,
But I'm open to learn.
You speak so nicely,
And when you give me hope,
I hold on to them so tightly,
Like dangling from a rope.
I don't know if this is,
What you really want.
And the image of a small kiss,
And the very depth of every thought.
I want you to dream,
Just like I do.
Follow the stars in a stream,
Know my dreams involve you.
What does it mean to love?
Or to simply be held.
Just give a little shove,
The falling stars melt.
What does it mean?
When I sit here to write,
Let the grass grow green.
Let the clouds be white.
Where life sets a trail,
Go off on your own.
Create hopes that won't fail,
I promise you, you're not alone.
When you turn to another girl,
I swear I'll be okay.
The only difference in my world,
Would be no sun up that day.
But I will wait,
And I will wait for as long as you need.
I want you to get this straight,
You can always count on me.
If only I could find my place,
To where I do belong.
So many tries gone to waste,
This time I hope I'm not wrong.
So I shall give you the time.
If it means forever it is yours.
Perhaps one day you'd be mine.
I don't see what this is for.
You've stayed in my head,
Made a mark in my mind.
Those demons have fled,
I have left it all behind.
Choose what you think is right
Do what you feel should be done
If it means to stand up and fight
Then I will fight with you; I dare not run
But to run, where would I go?
If I could run away it would be far,
You wouldn't even know.
I'd go to the farthest star.
Even though I'd be so far away,
You won't notice I was gone.
But that is fine, just as long as you're okay.
I'd watch over to see if you're strong.
But to run, I wouldn't be a coward,
Just strong enough to let go.
Flee to the tallest tower,
Watch the world around me grow.
Trust me, I wont leave,
If that is what you will.
Your greatest talent is that you weave,
Mind games and tricks for the thrill.
It doesn't bother me.
Although I have so much to say.
The temperature drop by the slightest degree,
Watch delicacies fade away.
When the wind blows,
Hard enough to make us fly,
And the moon brightly glows,
Everything for you, I'd give a try.
Keep these simple words close
I am the only thing left that is true
I don't know what means the most
But no matter what, I'll be there for you.

i wrote this venting. everything just fell out.. its prolly hard to understand but yeah....

i know some parts are prolly confusing like the 'random' nature. if you have a question ask.

For example "Let the grass grow green.
Let the clouds be white." would be the 'norm' of things.
