Rise Above The Stench

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   May 19, 2007

No matter how much spray you were to put there,
You will still, no doubt, be able to smell you.
Rise above this breath-taking stench, if you dare.

Fight epic fights, but no matter what you do,
You will never rise above this dirty stench,
It will bond to you like lies and sticky glue.

Sort out all your issues, here, sit on this bench,
Smell will arise, most likely you will gag;
All animals around you will smell this stench.

And now your throat is dry because of this smell;
Cover your mouth with a dirty, worthless rag,
Do not breathe and you will cover it quite well.

Fight epic fights, but no matter what you do,
It will bond to you like lies and sticky glue.

    I really liked this poem however I didnt find it funny at all personally I viewed it as someone who had to rise above all of the stench of society without covering it up, so I think that it should go under that category. Intersting concept though and very creative title.
