Depression & where it takes you

Depression is one of the things people hate but no doubt everyone has experienced this in some way.........

it takes you to a place you will never want to go back to,
it takes you to a place where you feel so trapped like your in a deep black hole and you cant get out of it,
you think more & more and your thinking gets deeper & deeper, you have never felt this lost before, you feel like giving up on yourself and on everything else. it drains your mind, your body, & it starts taking away the little hope in life you thought you had. you start hating everyone around you, all you want is to be by yourself, you think no one will understand what your going through, you feel as though you have the world on your shoulders and it gets heavier by the day. you dont know how to get out of this or if you ever will, you go through every emotion and it feels like every emotion is hitting you 10times harder than normal. you wonder why this is happening to you, why me?? what did i do to deserve this? you are not the same person you use to be, happiness seems so far away and you can neva seem to reach it.

one thing i am learning at the moment is that you need to talk to someone about what your going through never keep things bottled up inside as it just makes you worse by the day. find that one person you trust and can open up to, you will find that things start to get easier and your shoulders get lighter, deal with your depression now, cause if you dont it will keep on coming back and ruining your life all over & over again and no one deserves to go through it more than once. if you cant talk to peole than write everything down who cares if it doent make sense and if you want you can give it to someone to read.
