At Heaven's Gates

by Wallace   May 19, 2007

At Heaven's Gates
All shall wait
To be granted access
To the most holy place

The multitudes will wait
At Heaven's Gates
To be trailed and judged
Based on their faith

The angels will sing
And worship the king
At Heaven's Gates
We'll see everything

Every color, every race
Every soul that was misplaced
Will all be seen?
At Heaven's Gates

It is interesting. I don't understand one thing. Is this some metaphor or you think literally because I don't love to read about religion in the poems. Repetition of the line-At Heaven's Gates- wasn't effective too much.
