Timeless, Motionless, Lifeless

by Vanessa   May 19, 2007

Timeless, motionless, lifeless
She lays on the shoreline
Timeless, motionless, lifeless
Death has proved to be so Divine.

Pale blue lips, dilated eyes
Her skin so cold to the touch
Pale blue lips, dilated eyes
The memory was just too much.

The moments before her death, silent
She made not a single sound
The moments before her death, silent
Embracing the peace she had found.

She walked into the icy water, feeling no fear
Letting death wash over her soul
She walked into the icy water, feeling no fear
Waves washing away things no one should know

She was clam as death took her in his hands
No more pain, she is finally free
She was calm as death took her in his hands
Free from his haunting memory

Timeless, motionless, lifeless
She lays on the shoreline
Timeless, motionless, lifeless
Death has proved to be so Divine.
