For years of full on wondering
of when i will meet mr right
i never thought that when i met him
he would walk back out of sight

i went wondering out to find you
but i got lost in your eyes
i fell for you innocence
you faith and beauty and lies

and why would you care boy?
to you i am the past
but if i could go back
i would make me and you last

you obviously have no heart
you hurt me to much to care
i can still remember the days
when your fingers ran through my hair

now hte only thing that goes running
is you throught my mind
and i just try to figure out
why you left me behind

but i really wish you came back
