When was your last real smile?
I get asked that everyday.
When will they get that I don't know.
Soon, that's what I pray.
I don't remember my last smile.
I just know it was 2 years ago.
That's the same with my laugh.
And that, honestly, blows.
You were and still are the only one.
You're the only one that can make me smile.
You're the only one that can make me laugh.
And none of that has happened for awhile.
You know the reason right?
It's because my heart is broke.
I'm not sure if I know why,
But I know that this ain't a joke.
No, I lied. I know why now.
I know you didn't mean too.
It's the military that caused it.
Plus, what could you do?
I don't know how long this will last.
But I hope it's over soon.
I want to go back to times like before.
Will it happen in June?
