The Number 8

8 is a curious number
It tries to fool you with its small appearance
But in truth, 8 is infinite

One can look and never find
A beginning or an end to the number 8
It contains its greatness within itself

Why is it so great? some ask.
8 is great because every time I look at it
I think of God.

To me, God is the number 8
There is no beginning or end to Him.
He was before the beginning
and will be after the end.

It's the perfect number, the number 8.
8 is forever
God is forever
