It happened so fast.

yea, i heard about his "legend" past.

he asked me out one day.

i said "absolutely no way".

he did things to show he was different.

he'd hold doors open for me

to finding my lost house key.

i actually felt (with him) alive.

i told him to pick me up @ five,

and he was right on time.

my dad opened the door.

he said "hi"

i said "good bye"

and we were gone.

he walked me home

and as he left i felt empty.

i walked in

my mom grinned and

dad frowned.

walking up the stairs

i almost fell down.

we hung out @ school.

my stupid friends

had on their stupid grins.

one night

on the hood of his car

looking at the stars.

he looked at me.

then he kissed me!

i felt like heaven was right there.

he said "i love you"

i then realized i was holding...

... my breath.

i said breathlessly

"I love you, too."

it's the truth.

i love it when he holds me,

shows me off to his buddies,

or have dinner with my parents.
