Storm Of Love

by Brittany C   May 22, 2007

Rain falls in sheets
from the dark gray clouds
leaden with moisture
ready to fall to the ground.

The wind is howling
as it pushes the rain
toward a small house
full of sweet love.

Lightning flashes outside
lighting up the dark room
but the two lovers don't notice.
There to wrapped up in each other.

He kisses her gently
wrapping his arms around her.
Gradually taking the kiss deeper
as he runs his hand down her body.

They explore each others bodies
slowly, gently till wonderful
flashes of sensations
temporally blocked out all else.

The atmosphere is electric.
You could feel it everywhere
and the air has grown thick
with love and passion.

While the storm rages on
just out side their window.
A storm just as strong screams
to be set free to grow.

It is their storm of love.

Some of your vocabulary was good but there were some parts it seemed like you were trying to hard for us to feel this passion and persnally i didn't feel it I think you need a stronger emotion then what you've got

I see a connection here with "Love Is/ My Love"

Your final stanza in that poem:

    'My love for you
    is like raging storm.
    Violent and strong
    yet gentle and beautiful.'

Definitely the best of your three new pieces, I think. :)
