The Rambler pt.2

by Cherise   May 23, 2007

The Rambler came up
and sat down next to me
he said "Look at it through his eyes
and tell me what you see"

So then I started to look at everything
and what it could have been
what he had come to face with
and all the things he seen.

Though his choices where different
from what I would have done
Through his eyes i saw how those decisions
effected everyone.

The Rambler got up to leave
and took his eyes away
then said " Perhaps a look at his point of view,
may do you good someday"

I don't think the last line is confusing, i just think people don't have enough poetic experience to figure it out. I love this one, it flowed excellently and I loved the last stanza.

"So then I started to look at everything
and what it could have been
what he had come to face with
and all the things he seen."

You should change "he" into "he's" or "seen" into "saw".
