Making Memories of Us

Holding hands, cuddling close,
Whispers of "I love you"
Kisses and hugs follow too,
While sitting out on the coast.

Sharing this view with you,
Is absolutely breathtaking.
I couldn't ask for anything more,
For my heart is simply aching.

Making memories of us
Is what we're doing now,
As we sit and discuss
Our soon to be wedding vows.

    I loved the title first off. It made me want to read more. Although the first stanza didn't quite catch my eye, after reading it began to get better and better. The last stanza caught me by suprise with the wedding vows. A lovely suprise though.

    Awwwww..it was a nice poem full of warm fuzzies. The flow was good and I liked how you described the happy feeling of being in love and spending time with that special person. Great job and keep it up!
