The Unsatisfied Truth

by Chelsea   May 23, 2007

You make it so hard to love you,
when you keep looking her way.
Why does it have to be so hard,
when I hear the words you say?
Why do you make me believe you?
Why do these tears never seem to end?
I wish we would have thought this threw,
before the question.
then,
[It's a fairy tale.]
And you rap your arms around me
and lace your hands through mine.
I'd love to say I love you,
and make plans like old times.
But your too much like he was,
and it's hard to fall so deep,
When my trust for you is forgotten,
and promises are not important to keep.
In short,
I'm a disaster
and you complete me in everyway.
but why even try loving you?
When you keep on looking her way.
