Self-munster

by lost   May 24, 2007

My heart begins to pound against my chest
My mind rages with empty thoughts
My body begins to burn and itch
The monster inside me tearing its way out
The real me comes to the surface
The real me that everyone hates to see
I block you out, I shut myself down
I put the walls up around me
Your words won't hurt me now
I can't hear a thing you say
I see your lips moving
Looks as if your telling me to stop
Looks as if I still don't care
I see a tear slide down your face
It's too late now theres no turning back
It's started and theres no way to stop
So you might as well just sit back and enjoy my show
I promise you'll never forget a thing you see
As this blade moves to be one with me
