I love this poem! omg.. your such a good poet.. i love the rhymes and just the whole poem.. good job!

Great ending and I like the "should have read the signs in lonely town." Sad but humorous, I guess that makes it a form of dark humor. Yep. The ending is great--the last two lines of the last stanza stand out. Hi 5 for originality!

LOVED the last line! That was an amazing ending! I love your abab rhyme scheme. I always find it's a slight challenge but can make for a great poem! I really enjoyed this!

Every line of this is very intense and hardhitting, and I loved the ending line, I thought it was very hardhitting.
I enjoyed the depth and emotion you put into this, it is very clearly sensed by the reader.

I gave up my entire world for you,
While you promised to do the same,
It was fairytale love, we tried to pursue,
Now your saying someone else's name.

Really god poem

"You talk your way back into my heart,
Expecting acceptance for all your deceit,
I once felt the sorrow when we were apart,
Now being without you makes me complete."

i didnt really expect the ending to be like that.. but its like a reality check to people, you dont always get what you want, and we are better off with certain people in our lives its just the matter of accepting it.. i loved this poem, excellent job!
