Sleeping Beauty

My old nickname used to be Sleeping Beauty because I would always fall asleep on the phone with my ex... I just had to write this on that experience...

In a dark room, lit by the pale moon light,
Sleeping Beauty lays in bed, thinking about what's right.
Fighting the indecision floating around her head -
As with every word he had ever said.

He told her he loved her and that he would forever -
But now he's gone; coming back next to never.

"Impossible!" she thought, the pain he still brings.

The tears flow down her pale white cheeks -
