Nothing.
I reach deep into my heart, my soul,
And still nothing comes.
What's happened to me?
Why can't I feel?
My emotions gone
In the blink of an eye,
Swept away,
Under the carpet,
To gather dust for eternity.
It's not right,
I need to feel something,
Anything...
Even pain would be preferable
To this empty void inside me,
Pain to fill me up
So I don't need to feel anything else.
I can deal with pain,
But emptiness...
That's too much to ask.
