Poem About A Girl

by James Nappo   May 24, 2007

The empty promises lay crumbling on the floor,
kicked around and mixed with dust,
blowing through the streets...

Broken hearts lay bleeding deep inside,
slowly filling until their downfall.

The gorgeous eyes, they mezmerize.
They take you by suprise,
and lead you to self destruction.

Sleepless nights keep you trembling without control,
and you're the reason I am falling... down.
