Lifes turnstiles

by argueing with the rain   May 25, 2007

Oh what has happened. My love lost upon you child. Did you dream of the life that you are forced to live? Did you pray for something different? Walking through life lost. Angry because you have forgotten love. So much we desire, so little we achieve. Failed prototypes of Gods creation. I fall apart for the good of humanity. Look close and you can see the truth in the lies. Those broken promises that drag me into tomorrow. Retarded and disfigured. Caste out like a leper. Hate me because im different, love me because I need it. My cries fall on deaf ears, changing my color, does this make me normal? Do I fit in with the group? Living on the edge of some sort of sanity. Medicated for the families benefit. Talk to me for once, take the time to fix my fractured mind. Admit to something you did, instead of blaming me. Prepare for my breakdown, and love me still the same. Arm yourself against my hatred, and tell me im still beautiful
