She Keeps Writing

by Rusheena   May 25, 2007

The pen is blistering her hand.
But she keeps writing.
She's crying from following an illicit command.
But she keeps writing.
Her blood pressure is sky high.
But she keeps writing.
She's about to die and doesn't know why.
But she keeps writing.
Her body shuts down as she takes off her prom gown.
But she keeps writing.
She cries until it's time.
But while she waits...
She keeps writing.
