Need to stop

I need to stop this.
This madness,
This imagination,
I must stop.
Stop my mind working overtime,
Stop these fantasies,
These daydreams,
these hopeful imaginings
From keeping me unhappy.
I know deep down
It will never happen,
Any of it.
But I can't help but dream
And wonder what it would be like
To be real.
No.
Stop.
Now.
This is killing me slowly,
Driving me insane.
I can't cope with much more.
I need to stop this
So badly...
