Me and my evening

by Superna Verma   May 25, 2007

I saw a lonely evening sitting on the lounger
as solitary as i am
Trying to stop pretending like a stranger
Moving ahead in her own world of darkness
Murky sky stretching to emptiness....
Wishing badly for a day to break this spell of seclusion
As badly as i am
i hope this evening overcomes the night to get the dawn
so that i can also think of carrying on

Hi... It's a good poem. I like non-rhythmic poems. The description is good. And the lines as well.
But one friendly advice... try to be more grammatically correct in the sense of punctuation marks etc. I hope you didn't mind for saying me that. Take care.
